Wood Store

2026 · prototype built

The prototype cell of a wood store. Its glulam parts would by default have been made from newly harvested timber; salvaged Douglas fir posts from the Woodchip Barn were used instead, and the glulam stock layout was adjusted to what the batch could provide. New Douglas fir was bought in only when the remaining salvaged stock was too narrow for the widest layers.

A platform carried on forked supports was proposed for the dormant forks and has been handed to the next cohort.
